The undersigned is directed to cite to this Departments OM No.28020/1/2010 dated 17.08.16 on the higher upward dependent area too to state that guidelines/instructions regarding lien/technical resignation accept been issued from fourth dimension to time. It is right away proposed to farther consolidate these instructions to furnish clarity too remain of reference.
