Sub: Implementation of the recommendation of the seventh CPC- Option regarding exchange of additional total of pension.

It is to inform that Govt. of Republic of Republic of India vide its OM No. 42/14/2016-P&PW(G) dated 24.10.2016 has provided an alternative to the pensioners retired betwixt 01.01.2016 to 04.08.2016, inwards ease of Rule 10 of CCS (Commutation of Pension) Rules,1981, non to commute the pension which has larn additionally commutable on revision of pay/pension on implementation of recommendations of the seventh CPC.

The Govt. of Republic of Republic of India OM is besides enclosed for possess reference.

Office-Order

The Ministry of HRD vide alphabetic quality F.No.7-50/2018-UT-2 dated 06th August, 2018 has conveyed the approving of Government of Republic of Republic of India for setting upwards of thirteen novel Kendriya Vidyalayas nether Civil / Defence Sector all over the terra firma whereby the sponsoring government accept scored maximum weightage points nether the “Challenge Method” against the thirteen remaining sanctions available out of fifty Kendriya Vidyalayas sanctioned inwards March 2017.

2. Further, pursuant to clause -I (ii) of Annexure-I of the norms prescribed for opening of novel Kendriya Vidyalayas nether Civil Sector, the sponsoring . potency is required to transfer the identified together with demarcated terra firma to KVS on lease or permanent transfer footing prior to opening of the novel Kendriya Vidyalayas.

3. Necessary administrative sanction orders for the opening of the novel Kendriya Vidyalaya volition last issued right away later transfer of the terra firma inwards favour of Kendriya Vidyalaya together with later its possession is given to KVS. Therefore, all sponsoring government are required to transfer the requisite extent of terra firma inwards favour of KV together with also fulfill the requirement of transfer of temporary edifice to Kendriya Vidyalaya government for running of Kendriya Vidyalaya also completing other requirements.
