OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Implementation of Government’s conclusion on the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission – Revision of charge per unit of measurement of Training Allowance.
In continuation of this Department’s O.M. No.13024/01/2016-Trg. Ref dated Oct 24, 2017 on the bailiwick cited above, the undersigned is directed to soil that the Office of the Comptroller together with Auditor General of Republic of Republic of India has conveyed their ex-post facto approving for the applicability of the OM No. 13024/01/2016-Trg. Ref dated Oct 24, 2017 to the employees belonging to Indian Audit together with Accounts Department nether the presumption that whatever authorities servant, who is non a permanent faculty together with joins the preparation academies/institutes/establishments equally a faculty is entitled to preparation allowance vide their ID Note 124/03-2017/Vol.II dated July 2, 2018.
2. This issues alongside the approving of the Competent Authority.
