Subject: Clarifications regarding House Building Advance - reg.

The undersigned is directed to say that inwards partial change to the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs OM No. 1.17011/11(4)/2016-H.III dated 09.11.2017 regarding House Building Advance Rules - 2017, the competent authorisation has approved to alter the provision of para 2(i) inwards house of the existing provision.

"Constructing a novel household on the plot owned past times the employee or the employee in addition to the employee's wife/husband jointly alongside the clear championship of the plot"

All the other existing provisions inwards the said OM of fifty-fifty no. dated 09.11.2017 shall rest same.
