Will the Minister of
FINANCE hold out pleased to state:-
(a) whether the Dearness Relief of 119 per cent equally effective from 1st July, 2015 was the concluding 1 taken into consideration past times the seventh Central Pay Commission (CPC) piece recommending the formulae for revision of pension for civilian personnel including Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) who retired earlier 01.01.2016 in addition to if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the retirees were inward receipt of half dozen per cent Dearness Allowance (DA) w.e.f. 01.01.2016 till the implementation of the Pay Commission Report in addition to if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether at the fourth dimension of implementation of seventh CPC Report, the half dozen per cent has been denied in addition to if so, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the remedial measures taken/being taken past times the Government to take away their hardship in addition to to restore the DA denied to them?

(a) to (c) : The pension of Central Government employees including personnel of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), who retired prior to 1.1.2016, has been revised w.e.f. 1.1.2016 based on the recommendations of seventh Central Pay Commission (CPC), equally accepted past times the Government, taking into describe concern human relationship Dearness Relief @ 125%.
