The undersigned is directed to invite attending to Rule 10 of CCS (RP) Rules 2016 which provides, inter alia, that at that topographic point shall survive ii dates for increment namely 1st Jan as well as 1st July of every year, instead of the provision of 1 appointment of increment on the 1st July during the sixth Pay Commission pay structure. The Rule farther provides that an employee shall survive entitled to alone 1 annual increment either on 1st Jan or 1st July depending on the appointment of appointment, advertisement or grant of fiscal upgradation. The Sub-Rule (2) thereof provides that increment inwards honor of an employee appointed or promoted or granted fiscal upgradation including upgradation nether MACP during the menstruum betwixt the sec 24-hour interval of Jan as well as 1st 24-hour interval of July (both inclusive) shall survive granted on 1st 24-hour interval of Jan as well as the increment inwards honor of an employee appointed or promoted or granted fiscal upgradation including upgradation nether MACP during the menstruum betwixt sec 24-hour interval of July as well as 1st 24-hour interval of Jan (both inclusive) shall survive granted on 1st 24-hour interval of July.
