Step past times measuring procedure to present RICT device's covert through Projector @ WCTC or
Divisional share or whatsoever other house (where both System in addition to Device tin last connected inthe same LAN through Ethernet cables:
Softwares to last installed inwards the System/Laptop:
1) Putty
2) VNC Viewer
● Both application installation files are readily made available inwards the same Google movement folder inwards which this document is available
● Install both softwares inwards Desktop/Laptop to which RICT Device is proposed to last connected.
Steps:
- Connect an Ethernet cable /Patch cable of LAN inwards RICT Device
- Setup the same IP (or any IP from the IP gain of that LAN) inwards the connected RICT
Device
(Go to navigation bar inwards habitation covert of RICT device >> Network settings >> Enter half dozen digit PIN of that Device >> Enter IP address of that LAN equally above, Subnet mask & Default gateway of that existing LAN setup used inwards other systems >> Submit >> Confirm)
3) In System/Laptop, type Putty inwards RUN >> Enter IP of the device >> Press Enter
4) Click “Yes” push clit inwards the adjacent dialogue box appearing
5) In the command prompt,
Type root against “Login as” option
Press “Enter”
Enter root password (alpha numeric) of the device (to last obtained from RSI vendor)
Press “Enter”
Type cd<space>/usr/bin in addition to press “Enter”
Type iptables<space>--flush in addition to press “Enter”
Type x11vnc in addition to press “Enter”
6) Open “VNC Viewer” software
Enter IP of the device.
Press “Enter”
7) Screen of the RICT device is displayed inwards the System/Laptop which inwards plough automatically projected through Projector. Adjust the settings inwards VNC viewer to larn clear picture amongst blank background.
8) You tin at i time kickoff controlling the device using organisation keyboard in addition to mouse.
