(a) Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) constituted the Third Pay Revision Committee (3rd PRC) to review the construction of pay scales, allowances, perquisites as well as other benefits for Board marker functionaries, below Board marker executives as well as non-unionized supervisory staff of all Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).
