2. Accordingly, inwards practise of powers conferred vide Rule 1(3)(iii) of Railway Servants (Pass) Rules, 1986 (Second Edition-1993), the Competent Authority inwards the Ministry of Railways has accorded approving to exclude such railway servants together with other eligible persons (i.e. eligible for PP) from the facility of Privilege Passes inwards that detail calendar twelvemonth inwards which they opt for AILTC facility.
